This past month left Jackson and I on the cusp of uncertainty.  What began as a two week vacation, turned into a gateway into the next phase of our relationship.  I kept a pretty full itinerary for Jackson’s second venture into Michigan.  We had numerous lunch dates with friends who hadn’t met him yet; we had dinner plans with my family, we took him to the zoo, introduced him to indoor laser tag, and still had ample time to simply enjoy being with each other again.
